Are you passionate about production operations in the dairy or ice cream industry? We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Executive – Production to join our manufacturing team and help drive efficient, high-quality production.
Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily production schedules based on market demand.
Ensure production of ice cream, frozen desserts, milkshakes, softy mix, kulfi, and other dairy products as per SOPs and quality standards.
Monitor production activities, manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, Legal Metrology, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Operations teams for seamless production.
Maintain production records, ERP entries, hygiene standards, CIP processes, and FIFO practices.
Support continuous process improvement and efficient plant operations.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in Dairy, Ice Cream, or Food Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and plant operations.
