PepsiCo is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – CoManQuality Control to drive quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across Co-manufacturing sites. This role will focus on implementing PepsiCo standards, conducting reviews, and providing mentorship to ensure safe and consumer-preferred products. With an expanding Co-manufacturing footprint, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growth in brands like Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Lay’s, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Q&FS initiatives across co-manufacturing sites.
- Achieve 925+ AIB Score and GFSI certification.
- Oversee Q&FS policies and ensure product quality and safety.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for Q&FS issues.
- Identify training needs and collaborate on capability building.
- Monitor and reduce consumer complaints, especially related to packaging.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Food Technology/Microbiology/Dairy.
- Lead Auditor certification (FSSC 22000 v5.1 or ISO 9001:2018) preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in food manufacturing plants.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality management.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
