Available Positions with Responsibilities:

1. Packing In-charge

• Experience: 5-7 years in the same/relevant industry.
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the packing operations efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate packing of products according to company standards.
  
  • Supervise packing staff and provide necessary training when required.
  • Maintain inventory of packing materials and order replenishments as needed.

1. Packaging Design and Development Executive / Sr. Executive

• Experience: 5-7 years of designing experience in the packaging or food industry. Proficiency in Coral Draw, Photoshop, or similar software is required.
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative packaging designs that align with brand identity and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute packaging projects.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for packaging materials.

1. QA & QC Manager

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in the frozen food manufacturing industry.
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to maintain product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  
  • Train and mentor QA/QC team members to uphold quality standards.

1. Export Manager

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in the relevant industry.
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients.
  • Stay updated on export regulations and compliance requirements.

1. NPD/ R&D Chef

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in any food/frozen food manufacturing industry.
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization.
  • Conduct research and experimentation to create innovative recipes and formulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product recipes for taste, texture, and shelf-life.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards throughout the product development process.
