POSITION:

Area Sales Manager


JOB CRITERIA

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly prim ary and secondary sales targets
    .
  • Drive market expansion and increase numeric & weighted distribution.
  • Manage and monitor distributor operations, ROI, stock levels & claims.
  • Lead and guide the sales team for daily productivity.
  • Ensure product availability, merchandising & in-store visibility.
  • Execute trade schemes, consumer offers & promotional activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers & distributors
    .
  • Conduct market visits, beat audits & ensure beat plan compliance.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with valuable insights.
