Area Sales Manager
JOB CRITERIA
- Achieve monthly & quarterly prim ary and secondary sales targets .
- Drive market expansion and increase numeric & weighted distribution.
- Manage and monitor distributor operations, ROI, stock levels & claims.
- Lead and guide the sales team for daily productivity.
- Ensure product availability, merchandising & in-store visibility.
- Execute trade schemes, consumer offers & promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers & distributors .
- Conduct market visits, beat audits & ensure beat plan compliance.
- Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with valuable insights.
