We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Area Sales Managers at Havmor Ice Cream Private Limited. Candidates with a background in Ice Cream, Beverages/Food, or FMCG industries are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Manage and expand distribution network in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve their goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Experience: 5-7 years
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate (Any)
