About the Role:
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving secondary value and volume objectives in the assigned area, with a strong focus on EDGE execution at POS and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly objective setting and Quarterly JBP with AW
Customer & infrastructure management (Godown, RSA, Units)
Ensure stock freshness and stock norm adherence (CRSC)
Execute trade marketing strategies, schemes & new product launches
Ensure visibility, merchandising, and consumer promotions
Conduct classroom training for Route Sales Agents / TSI
Market benchmarking and best practice identification
Commercial control and system adherence (SAP, dispatch plans, claims)
Key Stakeholders:
🔹 Internal: TSI (WS)
🔹 External: AW & AWSM, Retailers, Wholesalers
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
5–6 years of GT Sales field experience in FMCG
SAP knowledge is an added advantage
Strong team handling and people management skills
