Position: Area QC Executive – Fruits & Vegetables
Location: Chennai
BigBasket is looking for passionate professionals to ensure the highest quality of fresh produce across our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily quality inspections across 3–5 stores
- Ensure proper FIFO, hygiene, and handling practices
- Analyze complaints and write-offs related to F&V and take corrective actions
- Train store teams on quality-control procedures
- Track and report quality metrics for fruits & vegetables
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc. in Agriculture, Food Technology, or Horticulture
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Must own a 2-wheeler for local travel
