We at IFF are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst – Quality to join our manufacturing facility team in Gurgaon. You’ll play a key role in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and QA/QC operations, contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive EHS excellence across the site
- Ensure compliance with legal and ISO/FSSC standards
- Support food safety and quality assurance activities
- Lead training and auditing initiatives
- Collaborate across functions to maintain zero injury/illness targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemical, Food Technology, Environmental, Mechanical or related fields
- 2–3 years in Food/FMCG industry with team supervision experience
- Strong in operations management, safety systems, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with FAMI-QS, ISO 14001, and Process Safety regulations is a plus
