Key Responsibilities:
- Expert support in Potato Crop Management
- Seed Booking & Distribution
- Lead & mentor local field staff
- Provide agronomy guidance to growers
- Ensure smooth execution of agri operations
Agronomist – Seed Production / Contract Farming
Qualifications: B.Sc. Agri / M.Sc. Agri
Industry Background: Agri Business
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Seed Production & Agronomy
- Plantation Planning & Execution
- Farmer Coordination, Soil Testing, Pest & Disease Management
- Data Collection & Reporting (e.g. Farmoji)
- Record Maintenance & Area Audits
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
