Position: Shift Officer QA/AC (Pulse & Gram Flour)
Experience: 5 to 7 years in the Food Processing Industry
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Kadi, Ahmedabad

Qualification Required: B.Tech in Food Technology
Priority: Experience in Food Processing will be given first priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Quality Assurance and Control processes for Pulse & Gram Flour production.
- Implement and monitor food safety standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality production.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and suggest improvements.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
