Job Overview
Vinayak Ingredients is seeking a Research & Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. As an R&D Executive, you will play a key role in developing new products and enhancing existing formulations. This is a full-time position with exciting opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to develop innovative solutions and improve existing products for the animal industry.
Formulate and test new feed additives and ingredients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and commercialization.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market competition.
Manage projects and timelines to meet R&D objectives.
Document and communicate research findings to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product development.
Support quality control and assurance activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Food Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the animal industry.
Strong knowledge of feed additives, ingredients, and formulation techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
