Key Responsibilities Include:
Designing innovative regional & international bakery products
Developing recipes for Frozen/Sterilized Ready-to-Eat meals
Recipe cost engineering, sensory testing, & commercialization
Managing production, quality, and food safety at partner facilities
Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and FSSC standards
Leading product innovation with a strong eye on market trends

Who Should Apply:
Experts in large-scale bakery production (RTE, confectionery, breads, cakes)
