Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and modification of beverage solutions, focusing on customer needs and future opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise in the use of ingredients like hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, and proteins.
• Conduct laboratory trials, troubleshoot issues, and share knowledge with customers.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to regional business initiatives.

What You Need:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in beverage product development.
• Strong knowledge in proteins, hydrocolloids, and beverage processes.
• Excellent project management, technical problem-solving, and organizational skills.
