Position: Quality Specialist
Location: Tumkur, Karnataka
Qualification: Postgraduate degree in General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry
Core Skills:
- Hands-on experience in handling GC and GCMS: Proficiency in method development and validation.
- Experience in managing Food Testing Analytical Laboratory: Practical knowledge and management skills in a laboratory setting.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in the flavour or food ingredients industry will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Validate Analytical Methods: Utilize GC and GCMS to develop and validate methods for testing and analysis.
- Ensure Compliance with Quality Standards: Monitor and ensure that all testing procedures meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Laboratory Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the food testing analytical laboratory, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct Quality Audits: Perform regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments to support product development and quality assurance initiatives.
- Document and Report Results: Maintain detailed records of all tests and analyses, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
