Qualification:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food or B.Sc/M.Sc in Microbiology or related fields
Experience:
- 6-8 years in FMCG

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain production efficiency while minimizing wastage and downtime.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and operational.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in the production area.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to production performance, issues, and improvements.
