About the Role:
As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end manufacturing operations during your shift at the Nashik plant. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production of bakery and frozen food products catering to domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production as per schedule while ensuring Human and Food Safety
- Drive operational excellence, quality standards, and manufacturing KPIs
- Support Preventive Maintenance and reliability initiatives
- Implement lean practices and process improvements
- Champion change, innovation, and technology upgrades
- Build associate capability and engagement on the shop floor
- Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety standards, and General Mills policies
Key Collaboration With:
Engineering, FSQ, HR, Supply Chain, and Project Teams
You Bring:
- 4–6 years in manufacturing (preferably FMCG/Food)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team engagement skills
