Location: Assam

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer development
- Oversight of primary and secondary sales
- Supervising a team handling ASM’s, ASE’s, SO’s, SR’s & ISR’s
- Developing distribution and channel sales
- Controlling spends and budget allocation
- Exploring new cities, towns, and emerging channels
- Recruitment for appropriate roles
- Coaching, mentoring, and training the sales team
- Implementing in-store and outdoor branding, kiosk, and base table installation
- Conducting product sampling for testing and launch
- Organizing hygiene audits in all channels
Requirements:
- Post Graduate – MBA
- 8-9 years of experience in FMCG Food Companies
