Salary: ₹5–6 LPA + 12% Variable Pay
Travelling: Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to front-line and store teams.
• Monitor performance post-training and provide on-ground coaching.
• Assist in designing and updating training materials, SOPs, and modules.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations and HR teams for smooth training implementation.
• Drive adherence to company standards and enhance customer service levels.
