Position: Operations Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years’ prior industry experience in Operations
Job Role:
- Oversee the last mile operations for 3-5 stores and FMCG operations.
- Assist Bhubaneswar Business management in analyzing, identifying, and recommending solutions to problem statements.
- Track the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) numbers and suggest timely interventions.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand the requirements of their functions.
- Create dashboards using MS Excel, present findings to the management, and identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes.
- Develop and optimize standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
